Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book your motorcycling holiday with Cloverleaf Motorcycle Tours. We will do our utmost to make your trip as enjoyable as possible and therefore we prefer to set out certain details beforehand to leave no room for misunderstanding. Please read the following terms and conditions. Acceptance will be assumed unless you contact us in writing within seven days of booking.

Cost
1. A 10% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The full cost of the trip is payable at the latest 42 days (six weeks) before the scheduled departure date.
2. The cost of the trip includes dinner bed and breakfast for the advertised number of nights with the exception of advertised overnight stops en route which are bed and breakfast only.
3. The cost of the trip includes return ferry crossing.

Changes and cancellations
4. We will do our best to ensure that the trip runs smoothly but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, for example ferry strikes, museum closures, and occurrences of which we cannot reasonably be expected to have had prior knowledge. In the event of a delay beyond our control you will be responsible for providing your own meals and accommodation.
5. In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel a trip. We will endeavour to give you at least 28 days' notice and offer you a full refund or an alternative trip. Should the acceptable minimum number of participants not be reached, you may choose to pay a supplement to ensure the trip goes ahead.
6. If you cancel for any reason, the cancellation charges are as follows:
more than 56 days before departure: nil
55 to 28 days before departure: deposit
less than 28 days before departure: 100%

Insurance, passports etc
7. You are strongly advised to take out foreign cover medical insurance (including emergency repatriation) which we can arrange - please ask us for advice. Don't forget your E111.
8. You are strongly advised to take out foreign cover vehicle insurance (breakdown and repatriation) which we can arrange - please ask us for advice.
9. EC citizens must be in possession of a valid British or EC passport. Non-EC citizens should contact their relevant authority for advice on European travel requirements.
10. You should carry your driving licence and vehicle documents with you.
